Step 1 — Send Us Your Requirements Start by telling us what you need. You can submit an inquiry through our contact form, send us an email, or reach us directly via WhatsApp. Include as much detail as possible: the type of product, estimated quantity, target price range, and your destination country. The more information you provide, the faster and more accurately we can respond. Don’t worry if you’re not sure about all the details — our team will guide you through the process.
Step 2 — Receive Your Custom Quotation Within 24 hours, our sourcing team will review your requirements and prepare a detailed quotation. This includes the unit price at different quantity tiers, estimated shipping cost to your destination, available lead time, and product specifications. We present all costs transparently — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges. If multiple product options are available, we will present them clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Step 3 — Sample Confirmation (Optional but Recommended) For new product categories or first-time cooperation, we strongly recommend requesting a sample before committing to a full production order. We can arrange samples from our existing stock or source a sample from our supplier network. Sample fees are typically refunded or offset against your first bulk order. Once you receive and approve the sample, we proceed to production.
Step 4 — Order Confirmation and Payment Once you confirm the quotation and product details, we issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) outlining all order specifications, pricing, and payment terms. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and other agreed methods. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upfront with the balance paid before shipment, though we can discuss alternatives based on order size and relationship.
Step 5 — Production and Quality Control After payment confirmation, we place the order with our verified supplier network and monitor the production timeline closely. Our quality control team conducts inspections at key stages, including pre-production material checks, mid-production line inspections, and a final pre-shipment inspection covering quantity, packaging, and product quality. You will receive photo or video documentation of your goods before they leave the factory.
Step 6 — Shipping and Customs Clearance We handle all logistics arrangements on your behalf, including booking freight, preparing export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificates of origin where required), and coordinating customs clearance at the China exit port. We will provide you with full tracking information and regular shipping updates throughout the transit period.
